How much does PokeGem cost?

The Lobby is free — drop in, run /intro, browse the public hit feed. Member is $15/mo for the full toolkit: alerts, comps, locked rooms, and the member tools. Cancel anytime — see the pricing section for the full breakdown.

Which retailers do your monitors cover?

Pokemon Center, Costco, Walmart, Target, and Sam's Club in North America. UK and EU coverage includes Argos, Smyths, and EB Games. We are currently working on adding even more stores and are always listening to the community for suggestions!

Do I need to be a reseller, or can collectors join?

Anyone can join — resellers, casual collectors, kids opening their first booster — as long as you're respectful of PokeGem's community guidelines. Plenty of members are pure collectors who use PokeGem to land product at retail.

Can I cancel? Do you offer refunds?

Cancel anytime — future billing stops immediately. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept refunds for months already paid.
